About Consumer Product Authority

Consumer Product Authority exists to make buying simpler. Product listings are full of badges and claims. We check which ones hold up, in the official records of the bodies that issue them, and combine that with what thousands of owners say, so you can pick the right product with confidence.

Independent

Brands can't pay to appear in our guides or for a better rating. Every certification we show links to its official record.

How we're funded

We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. It never changes a rating.
